A group from Mallow attended the AOSTA conference at the Charleville Park Hotel on Thursday 21st March. It was a most enjoyable day and well organised. About 100 people attended from the general north Cork area. There was a differce selection of interesting speakers including Befriending , Active Age, Blackthorn sticks, exercises with Shirley and comedy from Mary Crowley and John Arnold.There was a selection of Blackthorn sticks on display and they were fascinating.
We had a lovely lunch in this really nice hotel.
