Mallow ARA

Some of our De Ceadaoin members enjoying the sun at the Arches

A large group of our members are going on our Spring break( a little late this year)to Co Clare 22 _ 25 May. We are staying at he Falls hotel Ennistymon and touring around the area. A trip to Inis Oirr is planned. I am really looking forward to this.
Watch this space for more info next week.

We have just returned from a fabulous 3 night trip to Clare staying at The Falls Hotel where they looked after us very well. The food was delicious and the staff very caring. The weather was mostly good and we had some very interesting trips. One day we visited Inis Oirr from Doolin pier . On the island we were taken around on a tractor and trailer and our driver was very funny and instructive. We then were take by sea to the majestic Cliffs of Moher. On another day we visited Kilfinora Hertiage centre and 12th century church and Holy well. We also visited Kilkee and Loop head and called to see Donald Trump at Dunbeg. Unfortunately he was not at home that day!!
Very many thanks to our driver Philip of Cronins coaches who was very knowledgeable of the area and helpful.
